Acceptance

By using AIcv, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Software

AIcv is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The application is a tool to assist with CV and cover letter tailoring — it does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• You provide your own AI API keys and are solely responsible for any charges incurred through your chosen provider
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers or using it in any professional context
• You agree not to use AIcv to fabricate qualifications, misrepresent your experience, or create misleading application materials
• You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws regarding job applications in your jurisdiction

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using AIcv, including your CV, cover letters, and application records. AIcv claims no intellectual property rights over your generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIcv and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Third-party services

AIcv integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and optionally with Google Drive. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. AIcv is not responsible for the operation, availability, or data handling practices of these third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AIcv after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
